John Hurley - Land Of Milk And Honey album flac
The Land of Milk & Honey. Billy Forrest John Hurley, Ronnie Wilkins.
Milk and Honey is an album by John Lennon and Yoko Ono released in 1984. Following the compilation The John Lennon Collection, it is Lennon's eighth and final studio album, and the first posthumous release of new Lennon music, having been recorded in the last months of his life during and following the sessions for their 1980 album Double Fantasy. It was assembled by Yoko Ono in association with the Geffen label. But also, in the Scripture, the land of milk and honey is where you go after you die, as a promised land", Ono went on to say. "So it's very strange that I thought of that title. Almost scary – like someone up there told me to call the next album Milk and Honey. The cover is an alternative take from the same photo session that produced the front cover of Double Fantasy, though this time it appears in colour.
Sunrise in the Land of Milk and Honey is Cracker's eighth studio album. It was released on May 5, 2009 on 429 Records. It is the final album to feature longtime drummer Frank Funaro and is notable for the contributions of many guest artists such as Adam Duritz, Patterson Hood and John Doe. The song "Darling One" was originally released on the self-titled 1996 album by Susanna Hoffs. It was co-written with former Cracker member Davey Faragher in addition to Hoffs and David Lowery

Director: Pierre Etaix. Pierre Etaix’s most radical film, and perhaps unsurprisingly the one that effectively ended his career in cinema, Land of Milk and Honey is a fascinating investigative documentary about post–May ’68 French society. In it, Etaix trains his discerning eye on idle summer vacationers, but the film has bigger fish to fry, asking pertinent questions about the sexualization of culture, class and gender inequality, media and advertising, and even architecture.
The opener, Milk and Honey offers an electronic vibe that sounds like a mixture of Miguel Migs, Deodato with a dash of Ministry of Sound nightclub beats that make for a lush experience, just not for that of what the listener has come to expect from the group. The Foreign Exchange seems to be going for a new audience of audiophiles with the hope of expanding their fan base. It is a fitting close to an album that unfortunately does not achieve anything memorable. While it is true that the group has dabbled into the electronic genre, they have traditionally weaved it into a hip hop or neo-soul flow making for an unparalleled audio adventure.
